Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Smiths Fitted Wardrobes & Kitchens Limited, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.

One entry per household. Multiple entries from the same household will be void.

2. How to Enter

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. There are three ways to enter:

• Online: Book a free designer home visit via fittedwardrobes.com/grand-designs-2026 between 27 April 2026 and 4 May 2026 at 6:00 PM BST.
• At the Show: Visit Stand H50 (inside Grand House) at Grand Designs Live, ExCeL London, between 1–4 May 2026 and complete an entry form.
• Free Postal Entry: Send your full name, address, email, and phone number on a postcard to: Grand Designs Live 2026 Prize Draw, Smiths Fitted Wardrobes & Kitchens Limited, 143, Floor 1, 4 Longwalk, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, UB11 1FE. Postal entries must be received by 4 May 2026.

3. Entry Period

The prize draw opens at 12:00 AM BST on 27 April 2026 and closes at 6:00 PM BST on 4 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

4. Visit Slots

A maximum of 100 designer home visit slots are available. Once all visit slots are filled, entrants may still enter the prize draw without booking a visit ("draw-only entry"). Both visit entrants and draw-only entrants have equal odds of winning.

5. The Prizes

Seven (7) prizes are available, each being a bespoke piece of luxury fitted furniture from the Smiths Grand Designs Live 2026 showcase:

2. Walk-in Wardrobe
3. Glass Door Wardrobe
4. Wallpaper Door Wardrobe
5. Painted Door Wardrobe
6. Home Bar
7. Modern Wardrobe with Modern Dressing

Total prize value up to £50,000. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

6. Prize Fulfilment

Winners may collect their prize from the Smiths workshop in Uxbridge, or delivery and installation can be arranged at the winner's expense. Installation costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date.

7. The Draw

Seven winners will be selected at random on 5 May 2026. The draw will be conducted by an independent person. Winners will be notified by phone and email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected during this promotion will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this prize draw and, where you have opted in, for marketing communications from Smiths Fitted Wardrobes & Kitchens.

Marketing consent is separate from entry consent. You may enter the draw without opting in to marketing. You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

9. General

The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or extend this promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
