Refund Policy
Please read our refund policies carefully before placing your order.
Termination & Cancellation
The goods ordered under this agreement are purpose made to the customer's particular requirements and accordingly the customer has no right to terminate the agreement, except with the agreement in writing to the company and within 7 days from the date of the contract.
Cancellation After 7 Days
If cancelled after 7 days, on terms that the customer shall indemnify the company in full against all (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the company as a result of the cancellation.
Why Bespoke Orders Cannot Be Refunded
All Smiths Fitted Wardrobes & Kitchens products are 100% bespoke and made-to-measure to your exact specifications. Once your order is confirmed and production begins, the materials are cut, shaped, and finished specifically for your space. This means the goods cannot be resold, restocked, or repurposed for another customer.
This policy is consistent with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes the right of cancellation for goods that are made to the consumer's specification or are clearly personalised.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If any part of your installation is found to be faulty, damaged, or not as agreed at the time of fitting, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a return visit to rectify any issues at no additional cost to you. All our work is covered by our 10-year guarantee.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 working days.
